Refund & Cancellation

At Baby Hippo Toys, your satisfaction matters to us. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and joyful as playtime itself! Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at babyhippotoys@gmail.com or calling +351 818 577 287.
    If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping:
    If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for the item to arrive and then request a return (see below).

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

✅ You Can Request a Return If:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You changed your mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product was used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is a clearance item, custom-made, or marked as non-returnable.
  • The return request is made after 14 days from delivery.

💰 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was ours).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
