Return & Cancellation

We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer Returns or Refunds in case you change your mind once the order has been processed or/and reaches you. 

However, the products are eligible for replacement in an unlikely event of a damaged, or different/wrong item delivered to you.

Kindly take a opening video of the product that starts with a 360 degree view of the parcel and later shows the damage clearly without any cuts or pause to claim a replacement. There will be a minimum charge to cover the reshipment of replaced products. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order for any issues. No claim will be entertained without an opening video.
