We currently ship to most locations within Portugal and selected international countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

📮 Shipping Time & Cost

Portugal: 2–5 business days
EU Countries: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size.

All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can return an item if:

It's unused and in its original packaging
You request the return within 14 days of delivery
The item is not marked as final sale, personalized, or non-returnable

📦 How to Start a Return

Your order number
A brief reason for return
Photos (if damaged or incorrect item)

We’ll guide you through the process.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

We will provide the return shipping address after you contact us. Please do not send packages without confirmation.
