Refund policy

We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer Returns or Refunds in case you change your mind once the product has been dispatched for your little ones.

However, The products are eligible for replacement in an unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Kindly take a opening video of the product when opening it showing the 360 degree view of the parcel and its contents clearly to claim a replacement. if approved, you will have to ship back the product to us and once received we shall send the replacement. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order for any issues.
