We currently ship to only within India only and are unable to ship to  international countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size.

All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 

🚨 Delays

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or due to postal delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us at babyhippotoys@gmail.com.

We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer Returns or Refunds in case you change your mind once the order has been processed or/and reaches you. 

However, the products are eligible for replacement in an unlikely event of a damaged, or different/wrong item delivered to you.

Kindly take a opening video of the product that starts with a 360 degree view of the parcel and later shows the damage clearly without any cuts or pause to claim a replacement. There will be a minimum charge to cover the reshipment of replaced products. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order for any issues. No claim will be entertained without an opening video.
